We wanted to offer a unique movement class to help you get fit from the comfort of your home.
 

That's why we offer a fun workout based on ballroom and latin dance movements that incorporates pilates-inspired movements to move, flex, and tone your body. 


Looking to get a quick lunchtime workout in without leaving home? Can’t make it to the park because of the rain? Want to improve your stamina and balance? 


Our online dance workout allows individuals to take a class without a partner. No partner is needed!   


We are pleased to offer a non-judgmental environment for working out; individuals from all walks of life are welcome.

ONLINE DANCE WORKOUT BENEFITS

You can squeeze in a quick workout at home.

Need to get in a workout? No problem! Our 30-minute online dance workouts are perfect for those times when you don’t have a lot of time to spare. Sneak in a workout at lunch or before dinner…the choice is yours!

You won’t get hot & sweaty.

Unlike other online dance workouts, our workouts are structured for you to move and get those steps in…without breaking a sweat. It’s a great way for you to stretch your body, move those muscles, and challenge your mind, breaking up the monotony of desk or other work. 

You’ll get your heart pumping.

Raise that heart rate and improve your circulation in a safe and gentle environment. You only need a few minutes to get that oxygen flowing! We make sure you get a good workout, without overloading or taxing your system. A workout as it should be! 

You can drop into class whenever you like.

Work schedule changed at the last minute? Can’t find a babysitter? Friend cancelled your weekly lunch date? Want to stay as flexible as you can with your workouts? You can attend class whenever you like. Choose from midday sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:30 PM Eastern Time.

You have a convenient, no-contact workout that helps you stay motivated.

Forget about traveling in crowds or worrying about masking up. You can easily workout, stay motivated, have fun, and connect with others from your living room, dining room, basement, or wherever you have space, at home!

With this online dance workout you’ll get: 

Unique low-impact dance-focused workouts.

These power-packed 30-minute online dance workouts feature a variety of dance and pilates-inspired exercises designed to move and stretch your body. Talk about fun! You’ll move and groove and get that body in motion, in no time. 

Super-flexible session hours.

Enjoy online dance workouts Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Drop in whenever you like, on your own time, on your own schedule. You’re always welcome! 

Professional instruction and guidance.

You’ll be taught by our ballroom and latin dance professional Simone Assboeck, with over 15 years of experience and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation from the German Sport University Cologne. Rest assured, you’re in good hands when it comes to your online dance workout!

  I've been taking the online lunchtime dance workout class over Zoom for the last year and a half now, and it has been a lifesaver while working from home. ONLINE DANCE WORKOUTS: POLICIES AND REGISTRATION

We teach our online dance workouts using the Zoom video conferencing platform. Simply register for your lesson(s) and we'll send you a Zoom meeting link. You'll then join the Zoom meeting at the scheduled time for your lesson. 


We currently offer online dance workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time. You can sign up for our group class series at any time. 


Yes! All our online dance workouts are presented in a live video format. Live instruction allows us to teach and track your progress in real-time. We’ll be with you every step of the way during your instruction.


Registration before the first class date is suggested to save a space in the class you want. A minimum number of participants are needed for every class. You can sign up for our group class series at any time. Classes without minimum required students will be cancelled.  Cancelled classes will be fully refunded; otherwise payments are non-refundable. All sales are final.


You'll need a digital device (such as a desktop, tablet, or smartphone), an internet connection, and Zoom software. We highly recommend making sure your digital devices and Zoom software are up to date and working properly. You can learn more about Zoom on their website at https://zoom.us/
