We wanted to offer a class that helped people to get fit from the comfort of their home. We also wanted to make our online dance workouts accessible to more people. Unlike our other online dance instruction, our Dance Boost Workout allows individuals to take class without a partner. No partner is needed!
We wanted to make sure our workouts offered something unique. Sure, you can workout to aerobics or weight training or other workouts, but what about online dance workouts that are more than just dance and more than just workouts? That’s how our online dance boost workout was born.
For example, we offer workout steps that are based on latin and ballroom dance movements. We also incorporate some pilates-inspired movements to move, flex, and tone your body. You really get a complete workout package when you work out with us.
Taking online dance lessons with your partner, but they’re out running errands or having an appointment? Can’t make it to the park because of the rain or bad weather? Want to give your online dance lessons a boost when it comes to your stamina and aerobic capacity? Stay inside and join us for an online dance workout!

Need to get in a workout? No problem! Our 30-minute online dance workouts are perfect for those times when you don’t have a lot of time to spare. Sneak in a workout at lunch or before dinner…the choice is yours!
Unlike other online dance workouts, our workouts are structured for you to move and get fit…without breaking a sweat. It’s a great way for you to stretch your body, move those muscles, and challenge your mind, breaking up the monotony of desk or other work.
Raise that heart rate and improve your circulation in a safe and gentle environment. You only need a few minutes to get that oxygen flowing! We make sure you get a good workout, without overloading or taxing your system. A workout as it should be!
Work schedule changed at the last minute? Can’t find a babysitter? Friend cancelled on your weekly date night? Want to stay as flexible as you can with your workouts? You can attend class whenever you like. Choose from midday sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 12:30pm ET.

You’ll be taught by a latin and ballroom dance professional with over 15 years of experience and Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation from the German Sport University Cologne. Rest assured, you’re in good hands when it comes to your online dance workout!
I've been taking the online lunchtime dance workout class over Zoom for the last year and a half now, and it has been a lifesaver while working from home. It's a great opportunity to get some movement going in mid-day when I otherwise would be sitting in a chair all day. After the half hour class, I feel energized for the rest of my day. Also, the workout itself is mostly low impact, so I don't have to worry about getting too sweaty and needing to get a shower right away before going back to work. The dance steps are very accessible, and Simone offers various modifications to the dance and workout level for people of different abilities

We teach our online dance workouts using the Zoom video conferencing platform. Simply register for your lesson(s) and we'll send you a Zoom meeting link. You'll then join the Zoom meeting at the scheduled time for your lesson.
We currently offer online dance workouts on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time. You can sign up for our group class series at any time.
Yes! All our online dance workouts are presented in a live video format. Live instruction allows us to teach and track your progress in real-time. We’ll be with you every step of the way during your instruction.
Wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict movement. Layers are suggested. Shoes with leather or other smooth, non-binding soles are best to allow for easy turns. Shoes with "sticky" rubber soles, flip-flops and other loose fitting shoes are not recommended.
Registration before the first class date is suggested to save a space in the class you want. A minimum number of participants are needed for every class. You can sign up for our group class series at any time. Classes without minimum required students will be cancelled. Cancelled classes will be fully refunded; otherwise payments are non-refundable.
